Welcome to Livia Flow. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

Livia Flow is an e-commerce brand offering women's underwear and related products. We deliver internationally, including orders across Europe and beyond.
2. Eligibility
By placing an order on our website, you confirm that you:

•    Are legally able to enter into a binding contract.
•    Are ordering products for personal use only and not for resale.
3. Prices & Payment
•    All prices are displayed in euros (EUR), inclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.
•    We accept major payment methods including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and PayPal.
•    Livia Flow reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
4. Delivery
•    We deliver across Europe and internationally.
•    Standard delivery: 3–8 business days (delays may occur during sales or holidays).
•    Express shipping options may be available at checkout for an additional fee.
•    Shipping costs are calculated at checkout before you confirm your order.
Livia Flow is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, postal services, or other factors beyond our control.
5. Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Livia Flow purchase. That is why we offer a 365-day guarantee period. If you are not satisfied:
•    You may return unworn, unwashed items with original tags.
•    Underwear bottoms cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty, for hygiene reasons.
•    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty.
•    Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of approval.

6. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. You may be entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement in accordance with applicable consumer law.

8. Liability
•    Livia Flow is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
•    We do not warrant that the website or any content is error-free or uninterrupted.
•    To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
