📦 Shipping Policy – Livia Flow UK
We send every order quickly, tracked and in discreet packaging. Here’s what to expect.
🚚 Delivery to the UK
We ship to all addresses within the UK.

| Standard shipping | 3–8 business days | Free on packs of 5 pairs or more, £2.95 on smaller orders. |
- All orders are processed within 1–2 working days after payment.
- Orders placed after 3PM may be processed the next working day.
- Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Please note: delivery times may vary during busy periods or due to circumstances beyond our control, such as bank holidays or carrier delays.
📦 Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. Orders are shipped from our warehouse.
🔍 Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your parcel via our delivery partner.

📭 Missed Delivery or Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for parcels that are lost or delayed due to:
- Incorrect addresses
- Failed delivery attempts
- Errors by the local postal service
If your order is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional costs may apply.
