We do everything we can to deliver your order quickly, reliably, and with care. Below you'll find everything you need to know about how we ship your order.
π Shipping to Australia
We ship to all addresses within Australia.

- All orders are processed within 1β2 business days after payment.
- Orders placed after 3:00 PM may be processed the next business day.
- Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Please note: delivery times may vary during busy periods or due to circumstances beyond our control, such as public holidays or carrier delays.
π¦ Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders are shipped from our warehouse in the Netherlands or China.
π Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your parcel via our delivery partner.
Is your tracking link not working after 48 hours? Please contact us at info@liviaflow.nl.
π Missed Delivery or Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for parcels that are lost or delayed due to:
- Incorrect addresses
- Failed delivery attempts
- Errors by the local postal service
If your order is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional costs may apply.

If your parcel has not arrived within the expected delivery time:
