We are Livia and Julia — mother and daughter, and the founders of Livia Flow. Our story didn’t start in a boardroom or with a business plan; it started at home, with a challenge we were both facing ourselves.

After giving birth, we both experienced bladder weakness. Despite our age difference, it turned out to be something that connected us. We did what so many women do: we used pads and liners. But it never felt right. It was inconvenient, made us feel self-conscious, and served as a daily reminder of something we really didn't want to be worrying about.

When we started talking about it, we noticed just how many women around us were going through the exact same thing. Friends, aunts, women living with incontinence, women who just leaked a few drops now and then — almost everyone had a story, but hardly anyone spoke about it. We wanted to change that.

So, we decided to create a better alternative ourselves. No more disposable products, but beautiful, comfortable underwear that does its job without you even noticing. Leakproof, washable, invisible under your clothes — undies that just feel like undies. We made the first design for ourselves and the women we knew. From there, things really took off.

Years down the line, Livia Flow has grown into a brand loved by over 10,000 women. Yet, very little has actually changed: we still run it together, driven by the exact same idea we started with. That no woman should have to worry about a few drops — and that you deserve to feel confident and carefree, every single day.
